I started this site with a single web page on my personal web site, with just a few friends,
classmates and relatives, listed to keep a directory and update changing email addresses.
I actually got the notion to start the web page after receiving my 1999 EHS Alumni Directory
from (Harris Publishing) and finding that many of the people that had email addresses listed,
including myself had changed email addresses by the time the directory came to print.
So that was the birth of the EHS Alumni Directory web page.After adding my name to a few other alumni directories, and contacting a few alumni,
from other sites, and by word of mouth and email.
I started getting a few more alumni listed on this page. After the numbers of alumni had listed on the
page and after receiving so much encouragement to continue the page, it has grown in spurts and sometimes
to fast to keep up with. So I acquired a little help with some technical things on the page, and took a vote on a new
domain name for the page. The second highest vote was the first available domain name.
So there you have it, you are seeing the results..
I hope you like it, and add some content.......now all we have to do is make it grow.So now Eastern High Alumni have a single web page, where you can come to contact classmates,
check for reunion information and updates. Where you don't have to log in, pay fees to send and receive
email with classmates, or get bombarded with ads.You are invited and are welcome to add to the site. I would really like to have other alumni help on the page.
I am sure that there are other alumni out there that have more creativity, artistic and web design knowledge
